With all of the beautiful, sunny, and warm October weather we have had it was just our luck that we made plans for the Pumpkin Patch on a super cold and rainy day. Oh well... Despite the mud and wetness we really had a great time with our neighbors, the Averys and Wishards.
BiZi Farms is our most favorite of all pumpkin patches; we love that there is SOOO much to do!

FUN IN THE RAIN!

A STRAW BALE PYRAMID!
Next year Malia will be the perfect age to really enjoy this. It was still a little too big for her to climb on. That, and she really hates getting her hands dirty. The feel of the hay on her hands must have been a bit much for her.


RIDING TRACTORS!
Malia has really been into tractors lately, especially with all of the freeway construction going on by our house. She tries 'counting' them on our way home... "1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 19, 16, 19, 20!"


A CORN BIN!
This really is a neat idea and must have used up so much corn! Malia had a lot of fun until she got corn stuck in her underwear.

A STRAW BALE MAZE!
As you can see, Malia wasn't a huge fan of being perched on the tire. But she did a pretty good job at finding her way out.
THE PETTING ZOO!
Malia was fascinated by the turkeys, loved petting the goats, was totally uninterested in the sheep, liked the bunny rabbits, said the chicken's smelled like poop, and thought the little horse (donkey) was pretty cool.

We should have believed them when they told us it would take 45min to get through. Thank goodness Steve was our navigator! We had to keep bribing Malia with a tractor ride in order for her to keep walking...

Malia kept calling this the tractor ride. This is what takes you to the pumpkin patch. How fun!



THE PUMPKIN PATCH!
Malia was determined to find herself a 'baby' pumpkin. Boy was this girl indecisive! Poor thing had a hard time walking through the mud too.



It's funny how much having TWO kids changes things. Even with Allie stuck in the Baby Bjorn, Aaron and I agree that it was a little more difficult. Last year was a whole different trip. If you dare to compare, check out last year's BLOG POST by clicking HERE.

Hello! (This is Ben) All of those pictures reminds me of when Aarom tried to grow pumpkins as a kid. We really miss Vancouver. We are actually coming home a little early this year for Christmas. We are flying in on the 15 of December.We are selling our car here because we don't want to drive across the US in the SNOW! So we will have to hang out again and let our little kidos roll around together! Later!
I can't wait to take our boys. We are so happy the weather has been nice. Hopefully it stays that way until the weekend, but if not-- you guys have prooved it CAN be done.
