A Steep Learning Curve

Lately it seems that Malia has been less than satisfied with "mommy's milk", and more and more interested in solid foods. Not a terrible thing, but we do worry that she isn't getting enough liquid. Since Malia will be 8 months on Tuesday, we decided to try out the sippy cup in the hopes that she doesn't get too hooked on the bottle. Malia hasn't figured out yet that it is more than a super huge chew toy, but has managed to get a little bit of liquid out every now and then, which follows with a funny, unsatisfied look of distaste. Oh well, I'm sure she'll get it soon!
